Excel Expert Needed to Build an Automated Demand Planning Dashboard

Project Description

I am looking for an experienced Microsoft Excel expert to develop an automated Demand Planning Workbook with a professional dashboard.

The workbook will help me consolidate demand planning data from multiple portfolios into one Master Workbook, providing a complete overview of demand and supply.

The portfolios include:

* Well Engineering
* Well Delivery
* Project Delivery
* Run & Maintain
* Infrastructure
* Support Functions (HSE, IT, etc.)

Each portfolio has different types of projects, activities, and material requirements.

Scope of Work

The workbook should include:

* A standardized Forecast Template for each portfolio with a 5-year monthly forecast.
* A Stock on Hand (SOH) template.
* An Open Orders template.
* A Master Workbook that automatically consolidates data from all portfolio templates without manual copy and paste.

The forecast template should include:

* SAP Material Number
* Material Description
* Material Group
* Unit of Measure
* Activity Type
* Monthly Forecast Quantity
* Unit Price
* Forecast Value

Materials should be automatically grouped by Material Group.

Dashboard Requirements

Create an interactive Excel dashboard that provides:

* Total Forecast Quantity and Value
* Stock on Hand (SOH)
* Open Orders
* Procurement Gap (Forecast not yet covered by SOH and Open Orders)
* Summary by Portfolio
* Summary by Material Group
* Monthly and Yearly Demand Trends

The dashboard should include filters for:

* Portfolio
* Year
* Material Group
* Activity Type

Requirements

* Microsoft Excel
* Fully automated consolidation of all portfolio data.
* Easy to maintain and update.
* Professional and user-friendly design.
