Analysis of PROMIS [Patient Reported Outcome Measuring Instruments] and RAND SF 36 scores

I need help with analysis and interpretation of PROMIS Patient Reported Outcome Measuring Instruments score data with the goal of publication. I also need help with interpretation of RAND SF 36 data for Quality of life. Familiarity and experience with interpretation of PROMIS Data gathered by the NIH toolkit and RAND SF 36 is desired. A working understanding of their clinical significance is also a plus. I would like to compare the changes I have measured in my patients PROMIS scores and RAND SF 36 scores to changes seen in other studies and or interventions. I am most interested in the PROMIS Physical Function and Mobility Domains.
