I'm looking for a seasoned professional to assist with the development of a structural equation model for my research project.
- Job Purpose:
The aim of the study is as follows:
1. To analyze the relationships between various variables.
2. To determine causal effects.
3. To identify all types of variables involved in our research study.
- The variables:
The model should encompass a range of variables, including but not limited to:
1. Independent, dependent, mediating, moderating, and controlling variables.
2. Observed latent, observed manifest, and unobserved variables.
- Data collection:
The data for the variables will be gathered from surveys and existing datasets.
Ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in building Structural Equation Model; from selecting variables, analyzing the relationship between variables to uncovering causality. They should also be adept in designing and executing surveys, as well as analyzing existing datasets effectively.
