I'm looking for an expert in Excel to build a statistical model.

Key requirements:
- Build a statistical model using advanced Excel features
- Work with provided categorical data
- Perform descriptive, predictive statistics analysis.
- build template that gives dashboards by changing only input of data month of month or YOY

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel, especially in statistical functions
- Experience with categorical data
