I am a student who is graduating in becoming a eye specialist.
All professionals in this field struggle to stack two prism bars when trying to measure a patient with a squint. We have a vertical prism and a horizontal prism bar, when trying to measure the squint we need to stack these two prisms. However, it becomes difficult as there are no tool to slide these prisms and hold the prisms at the same time. Therefore, we have to hold these two prism bars together and the horizontall/or vertical prism bar whilst the other needs to stay stable.
Therefore, I have decided to research and find someone who can help me with creating this tool. Here are the examples of the prism bars we use in the the clinic.
