Intermediate/Expert Program Manager with DeFi Knowledge

Job Summary
The Program Manager will be instrumental in shaping our operational strategies and enriching support systems for startups within the Web3 and DeFi sectors. This role requires a proactive individual to enhance our accelerator’s offerings and ensure they are perfectly aligned with the needs of startups in this rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and refine accelerator program structures specifically tailored for Web3 and DeFi startups.
Facilitate seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with the DAO’s token economy and governance structures.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships critical to the blockchain ecosystem.
Manage the logistical and organizational aspects of the program to guarantee efficient operations.
Manage our 60+ mentors and onboard new industry leaders to support our startups.
Evaluate and optimize program metrics to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead knowledge-sharing and skill development workshops focusing on blockchain technology and decentralized finance.
Spearhead community communication initiatives and engage actively with participants.
Plan and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote the accelerator program effectively.
Guide startups during their journey, making sure that they get the most out of the program and that they achieve great success.
Functional Skills Required
Comprehensive understanding of Web3 technologies and decentralized finance (DeFi)
Experience in running complex projects to success including several moving parts. The candidate should have the working knowledge to plan, execute, and monitor the success of articulated and multi-dependency projects.
Exceptional and demonstrated negotiation and people management skills.

Proven track record in fostering the development of startup ecosystems, especially in technology-focused areas.
Educational background in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economy, or a related field, which can be very beneficial for understanding the technical and business aspects of startups in the blockchain domain.
