I need a compensation consultant

Two psychiatric nurse practitioners and a therapist in the process of starting a mental health clinic. Trying to make the right decision on what to pay each partner as we do not all bring in the same amount per visit. Some are more worried about their personal finances and others are worried if we start out paying ourselves to much we risk putting the clinic in jeopardy. We are a PLLC filing taxes as a S-Corp so need to pay ourselves a reasonable wage.
