Startup Recruitment Expert Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm seeking a HR consultant to help with the recruitment and hiring process for our small, but growing, startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a recruitment strategy tailored to our startup's unique needs.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in recruitment and hiring, particularly for small companies.
- An understanding of the startup environment and the challenges involved.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Note: While we have no existing HR policies or procedures in place, we're looking for someone who can help us set up an effective recruitment process from scratch.
