Startup Contract Drafting Specialist
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have just set up a new company and now need a lawyer who can take full ownership of drafting and reviewing our core contracts. The immediate priorities are:
• Employment contracts—both a clean, reusable template for future hires and a fully-tailored version for our first key employee.
• Partnership agreements—again, one solid template plus a bespoke agreement that reflects the specific rights and obligations of our founding partners.
Each document should be legally sound, easy for non-lawyers to understand, and ready for signature. I’ll provide the business details, roles, equity terms and any state-specific requirements as soon as we begin. I’d also like a brief explanatory memo highlighting the key clauses so I can walk new team members through them with confidence.
Experience with early-stage startups is essential; familiarity with common founder issues such as IP assignment, confidentiality, vesting schedules and termination protections will make the process far smoother for us.
