(Filipino freelancers only) Idea for small business
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a coach/consultant/companion who can help me flesh out my business idea. I'm still weighing in whether to open a small eatery specializing in sizzling foods or an accessories store. Whichever the decision, I'm more inclined to do physical retail over a digital enterprise, direct sales or other less traditional business model.
Qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate of LaSalle, Ateneo, UPD or Enderun
- Must have prior experience in establishing and managing his/her own business
- Experience in retail and food service is a plus
- Investment expertise is also a plus
- Lives anywhere near Metro Manila
Goal: Establish a business idea that's strong enough to motivate the client to write a long-term plan. The business idea will be produced in the form of a 800-1,000 word document, to be written by the client based on ideas learned during meetings.
Expectations:
- 3 to 5 meetings to complete the goal
- Consultations are done in person.
- A typical meeting is relaxed and short. 1-2 hours.
- The job of the consultant is to talk and communicate his/her ideas in the most effective way by discretion. This can be accomplished in writing or sharing of electronic assets.
- The client promises to pay 700 pesos for every hour of meeting time consumed. Payment to be made by direct cash transaction or electronic transfer within the same day.
- Venue of the meeting is a sit-down restaurant. Dine-in budget is 500 pesos for the client and the freelancer. If the freelancer wishes to order more beyond the allotted amount, s/he must use his/her own credit.
- The client can immediately halt the relationship once he is no longer satisfied with the work.
