Company Share Plan and Corporate Structure

We need help in optimizing and changing our current corporate structure. Although the company is somewhat new; 4 years old; we have created multiple LLC's and need someone that is highly proficient in this area to provide advice. Additionally, we need to develop a share plan for the founder; Senior associates; employees; 1099's; and future corporate hires. We are very close to creating something of significan value and would like a plan to incetivize people to join and reward those that help impact the business. I look forward to hearing from you.
