Stable Diffusion project auto detection of clothes

Create WEBUI (can use existing one for save me costs and your time from GitHub what you prefer) that can turn any photo of a any person using automatic detection of clothes (not by manual infill img2img) but automatically and render new clothes based on input or even transparent clothes (turn into skin, but for that need “unstable diffusion” using older stable diffusion version I believe)

Budget depend on your reply, as this will tell me a lot about your knowledge.
