Stable Diffusion Video Pipeline Setup
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m ready to jump from scattered proofs-of-concept to a repeatable pipeline that lets me generate dramatic short videos in which the same character stays perfectly on-model from the first frame to the last. To do that, I need Stable Diffusion installed, optimised and running inside Comfy (ComfyUI / Comfy manager, whichever you prefer) on my local Windows workstation. Once it is up, I’ll rely on you to configure a workflow that feeds prompts, reference images and keyframes through the right nodes so that every shot of my drama-style “film” keeps facial features, clothing details and proportions consistent.
Here’s what success looks like:
• A fully operational Stable Diffusion environment integrated with Comfy that I can open, load your template graph and render clips without errors.
• A sample project you create showing a single character acting in at least two different dramatic scenes, exported as video so I can inspect consistency.
• Clear, step-by-step notes (or a short Loom-style screencast) explaining how to swap in new prompts, add additional shots and fine-tune settings such as seed control, ControlNet, LoRA or DreamBooth models for future episodes.
Feel free to recommend the exact checkpoints, VAE, scheduler tweaks or add-ons you trust for character fidelity; I’m open as long as the final output delivers stable visuals suitable for drama shorts.
