let's encrypt ssl error

i need a let's encrypt expert who can fix the SSL rate limits of my next.js app. the app gives customers custom domains i.e. user1.com and then installs SSL to the domains. sometimes, customers want to add several domains and that is triggering the let's encrypt rate limit issue.
