1. Project Overview & Objectives
The primary objective is to ensure the technical health, data integrity, and performance of www.RoselandCeasefie.com. The Technical Analyst will translate business requirements into conceptual design, technical specifications; and delivery of agreed design and application. Candidate must also monitor web systems, apply security updates, and function as primary technician for problems, updates and/or outages.

The Contractor shall perform the following key goals:
• Maximize website performance (load speeds, uptime, and stability).
• Ensure accurate data collection through robust tracking implementations.
• Bridge communication between the Executive Leadership Team, Finance, Human Resources and Operations.
• Analytics Setup: Configure and audit tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) using Tag Management Systems (GTM/Tealium).
• SEO Technical Audit: Monitor crawlability, indexation, XML sitemaps, and Schema.org markup.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure SSL certificates are active and the site adheres to data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA).
• Troubleshooting: Act as Level 2 support for complex web-based bugs or data discrepancies.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party vendors for platform updates or API maintenance.
• Training: Provide documentation and training for non-technical staff on how to interpret web reports.
• Donation Form Friction Audit: Analyze the checkout process to remove unnecessary fields. Implement "Express Checkout" options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
• Impact-First Optimization: Integrate "Impact Calculators" or dynamic text that shows exactly what a specific dollar amount provides (e.g., "$25 = 10 Meals").
• Recurring Gift Nudges: Technically configure "pop-up" or "toggle" prompts to encourage one-time donors to switch to a monthly giving model.
