RemoteApp (RDS) Specialist for Full Configuration on Windows Server 2019

I have a fresh Windows Server 2019 machine ready and I need Remote Desktop Services set up from scratch so users can launch applications through RemoteApp rather than a full desktop. The job covers every stage of the deployment: installing the required RDS roles, configuring the session host, broker, and web access, applying an SSL certificate, enabling licensing, and publishing the first batch of applications.
Because the server is clean, you’ll also handle group policy settings, printer redirection, profile management, and any firewall tweaks that keep the environment secure without blocking legitimate traffic. I’m looking for best-practice guidance on user permissions and application assignment so staff receive only what they need while administrators keep full control.
