Configure WallacePOS on Windows
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
The goal is to have WallacePOS fully running on a Windows-based server, secured with SSL and ready for daily transactions.
Scope of work
• Prepare the Windows environment, install all WallacePOS prerequisites, and complete the software deployment.
• Integrate the receipt printer, barcode scanner, cash drawer, and especially the card reader/processor so that each device is detected and functions from within WallacePOS.
• Configure the admin dashboard with an initial product catalogue and a few staff accounts to demonstrate proper role permissions.
• Apply an SSL certificate so the system is reachable only via HTTPS.
• Hand over a concise setup document (step-by-step notes plus any custom scripts or configuration files).
Acceptance
I will log in, process a test sale that prints a receipt, scans a barcode, opens the cash drawer, and registers a card payment. The transaction must appear correctly in the WallacePOS reports, and the URL must display the valid HTTPS padlock.
