I have a square space website and need a custom button coded. I need the button to bring up a form that can be filled out with a first name last name and email address. Based on the name entered I would need data pulled from an already made excel spreadsheet and put in an already made word document. From there 4 other static documents (documents that will always be the same) will have to be placed in a zip folder and emailed to the imputed email address. Is this possible?
