White-Label Builder Pre-Start Selection Portal (Squarespace)

I need an experienced Squarespace developer (with coding/integration skills) to build a white-label, web-based selection portal (Saas) solution for residential builders.

Key Features:

White-label template (full copyright to me) – easily rebrand/configure for multiple builder clients. (example https://buildertrend.com/project-management/construction-selections-software/ , but only limited to selection)

Catalogue system for materials (bricks, doors, windows, fittings etc.) with images & details.

Client login portal – clients can log in, make selections, save progress, and submit.

Automated output – on submission, generate a PDF (with images) + Excel file of selections and email to admin (and optionally client).

Admin tools – manage catalogue items, branding, and view submissions.

Completely web-based and responsive.

Requirements:

Strong Squarespace expertise (custom code & integrations).

Experience with PDF/Excel generation workflows.

Ability to create a scalable, configurable solution for future clients.

This must be a white-label system with all IP transferred to me.

Timeline: 4–6 weeks
Deliverables: Fully functional template, documentation, and setup guide.
