Squarespace expert needed - Spanish speaker preferred

I need help with one single task on my Squarespace site. I added an email newsletter button along with a link to a file, which is a freebie my subscribers should get when signing up for the newsletter. However, I have tested the function several times and subscribers are not receiving the freebie. They only receive an automatic email asking them to confirm their subscription.

My website is in Spanish so I'd prefer to work with a Spanish-speaker expert please. I may recruit this person to help with other work on my website as well. Thank you!
