Squarespace Quote Request Upgrade

I run a manufacturing company that builds a product line that is customizable. I have a Squarespace site that currently provides images and information about the products and the customization options available to them. I want to update the way my products are displayed to add filtering options to narrow the products shown based on a customer's needs and then replace my basic contact form with an interactive “Request a Quote” journey/decision tree. The new form needs to sit natively on Squarespace (or through a seamlessly embedded solution) and guide visitors through a series of conditional logic steps so they only see questions that are relevant to their project.

In practical terms the flow must support:
• Multiple choice questions
• Drop-down menus
• Text input fields
Pop out image menus/galleries
Check boxes

Each element should appear or hide according to the visitor’s earlier selections, producing a clean, conversational experience all the way to submission. When a visitor finishes, I want an emailed summary sent to both the customer and me, plus the data stored where I can sort, filter, and export it later. Styling should match my existing brand fonts, colours, and button treatments so it feels fully native.

Acceptance criteria
• Form loads quickly on desktop and mobile, with no third-party branding.
• All conditional logic works without page reloads.
• Auto-response email includes a tidy recap of the customer’s answers.
• Final solution is documented well enough that I can tweak questions myself in the future.
