Squarespace Property Management Site Design

I have the Squarespace account and domain ready; what’s missing is a polished site that makes our property-management brand feel professional yet approachable. The build is intentionally lean—just three pages—but each one needs to look refined and function smoothly.

The visual direction is minimalist and clean, but I still want a bright, vibrant palette so the site feels energetic rather than sterile. Please style headings, buttons, and icons accordingly while keeping plenty of white space.

Key points to cover
• Lay out each page in Squarespace so I can easily edit text or swap photos later.
• Add eye-catching hero imagery of properties, concise copy blocks, and clear calls to action.
• Integrate the native contact form on the Contact page and ensure the form notifications route to my email.
• Optimise every section for mobile and tablets, making sure load times stay fast.
• Hand over the finished site with simple instructions (or a short loom) showing how to update content.

Once you’ve completed the build, I’ll review the site in preview mode; a single round of revisions will follow before we push it live.
