Squarespace Gelato POD Product Creation
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I run a Squarespace store that sells digital art as print-on-demand products through Gelato. I have already connected the two platforms and uploaded a single sample item; now I’m ready for someone to take the reins and build out the full catalogue.
Scope of work
• Start with the Cityscape collection: curate or source high-resolution, licence-cleared artwork from Unsplash and turn it into sellable products.
• For each artwork, create (Small, Medium, Large, XL and XXL) logical variant offered by Gelato—canvas, framed canvas, poster, acrylic, metal and wood prints—so shoppers can pick their preferred material and size.
• The store’s navigation's already been organised: There are 8 main menu headings with drop-downs such as Abstract, Cityscape, Beach, Banksy and more. Each menu item should end up with a healthy selection of finished products 39, properly tagged, and categorised.
• Write concise, SEO-friendly titles and descriptions that highlight style, size and material.
• Ensure all mock-ups look polished, align colours accurately and display in the right aspect ratio on Squarespace.
• Send the first finished product links back to me for review, or transfer the items directly into my Squarespace dashboard—whatever is smoother.
Acceptance
A collection is considered complete when every artwork shows at least one preview image per material, all variants sync correctly with Gelato for automated fulfilment, and the item appears under the right menu path without broken links or missing thumbnails.
If you have hands-on experience with Squarespace Commerce, Gelato’s product editor and basic on-page SEO, I’d love to hand this off to you so we can launch the store with a fully stocked catalogue.
