Squarespace Forms Integrated With HubSpot

I’m midway through building a Squarespace site and need three separate enquiry forms—Wedding, Corporate and General—created with native Squarespace tools, then seamlessly piped into HubSpot.
The forms should sit in a tabbed layout on a single contact page: visitors click a tab and the corresponding form appears, maintaining one clean page without pop-ups. If you have a smarter way to achieve the same polished feel, I’m happy to hear it, but the final experience must stay on-brand and fully responsive.

• Use Squarespace Form Blocks (or custom code where necessary) so styling remains flexible, rather than embedding a HubSpot form.
• Map every field to HubSpot via API or Zapier-style connection, ensuring all submissions land in the right lists with their source clearly tagged.
• Typical fields: name, email, phone, event details and an open message box; feel free to suggest tweaks once you see the site.
• Final hand-off should include concise notes on how to edit fields, adjust styling and confirm data flow in HubSpot.
Once everything is live I’ll run a quick test from each tab; when the data reaches HubSpot correctly and the front-end matches the site’s design system, the job is done.
