Squarespace + Practice Better Setup – Telehealth Wellness Site (U.S.-Based)
Job Description:
We’re launching a premium telehealth brand focused on women’s wellness (GLP-1s, HRT, midlife support). We need a reliable freelancer to handle:
- Squarespace website setup (template + layout mockup provided)
- Practice Better EMR setup (client forms + workflow uploads)
- HIPAA-compliant form embedding (intake, consent, e-signature)
Responsibilities:
- Customize Squarespace site using layout + copy provided
- Upload visuals and keep brand aesthetic (soft blush, ivory, gold)
- Embed forms (fillable PDFs + e-signature links)
- Set up Practice Better with workflows, intake, and team access
- Ensure a clean mobile + desktop experience

Requirements:
- Squarespace setup experience (examples required)
- HIPAA-compliant form embedding knowledge
- Practice Better experience preferred (or willingness to follow SOPs)
- U.S.-based preferred (must be responsive, no ghosting)

Budget:
Open to fixed or hourly — please include rate + portfolio samples.
