Website Designer Needed – Squarespace Site for New Law Firm

We are launching a new specialist family law firm on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland and are looking for an experienced Squarespace website designer to build a clean, professional website.

The website will be built on Squarespace and we have already completed most of the content and planning. We are therefore looking for someone to design and build the site, rather than write the content.

About the Project

The firm is called Haven Family Law and will focus exclusively on family law matters including parenting disputes, property settlements and domestic and family violence matters.

We are aiming for a professional, minimal and modern design that reflects a calm and strategic approach to legal advice.

The site should be simple, clear and optimised for potential clients seeking family law advice on the Sunshine Coast.

Scope of Work

The website will include approximately 8 pages:

• Home
• About
• Parenting Law
• Property Settlement
• Domestic & Family Violence
• Costs
• Blog
• Contact

We will provide:

• Full written content for all pages
• Logo files
• Website structure
• SEO keywords
• Domain and email setup

The designer will be responsible for:

• Designing the website layout
• Building the site in Squarespace
• Mobile optimisation
• Basic SEO setup (page titles and meta descriptions)
• Contact form setup
• Integration of an online booking system for paid consultations

Booking System Requirement

The website will also include a paid consultation booking system allowing prospective clients to:

• Book a 60 minute consultation
• Select a solicitor (2 calendars)
• Pay $250 consultation fee online

The booking system should integrate with Stripe and a live calendar (Squarespace Scheduling / Acuity or similar).

Design Style

The design should be:

• Clean
• Professional
• Minimal
• Easy to navigate

We do not want overly complicated or flashy designs.

Timeline

Ideally we would like the website completed within 2–3 weeks.

Budget

We are open to proposals but are looking for good value rather than large agency pricing, as the content and structure are already prepared.
