My Squarespace domain has suddenly stopped loading for everyone, even though I have not touched the DNS settings at all. I need an expert who understands Squarespace’s built-in DNS managers and hostinger’s website management to diagnose why the A and CNAME records are no longer resolving and restore normal operation.
Your task is to:
• Inspect current DNS records from within Squarespace and at the registrar level
• Identify and correct any mis-pointed A, AAAA, or CNAME entries
• Verify propagation and confirm that the site loads globally (I’ll test from multiple locations)
• Preserve email routing and SSL status while making the fix
I’ll grant temporary access to my Squarespace dashboard and, if necessary, registrar control panel. Once the site is reachable worldwide and propagation checks show green across the board, the job is done.
