Scheduler fix

We offer in-person and virtual meetings for our clients. The location field in the client confirmation email for in-person meetings should populate our office address. The location field in the client confirmation email for virtual meetings should populate a GoogleMeets link. They populate correctly for some meetings, and for others they do not.
