Revamp Squarespace Website for Falconbridge

Job Title:
Squarespace Web Designer — Falconbridge Website Refresh

Overview:
I’ve already built most of the site myself and have all content ready. I’m looking for someone to sharpen it up visually and streamline the structure. I want the site to stay on Squarespace so I can edit it myself.

Platform: square space

Scope:
• Update navigation to: Home / Build With Us / Development Services / Projects / Investor Opportunities / About / Contact
• Merge “DA / CDC Approvals” + “Development Management” into one page called Development Services
• Minor homepage redesign (spacing, CTA button, layout)
• Improve Projects page layout for a more premium feel
• Overall polish: spacing, typography, colours, alignment, image sizing
• Ensure mobile version is clean
• Keep everything easy for me to edit later (no heavy custom code)

Style:
Modern, minimalist, premium, Sydney luxury builder/developer.

Deliverables:
• Final refreshed Squarespace site
• 1–2 rounds of tweaks
• Handover instructions so I can update content myself
