Polish Squarespace Therapy Website
Budget: $100 – $300 USD
I have a Squarespace site for my private therapy practice that is about 60 % built, and I’d like an experienced Squarespace designer—ideally someone who understands how mental-health professionals present themselves online—to take it across the finish line.
Where I’m at now
• Basic pages are in place, but the layout feels generic.
• Copy is high level drafted, yet it lacks warmth and clear calls-to-action.
• Key features such as an intuitive navigation flow, responsive design checks, and a resource section still need attention.
What I need from you
• Refine the overall design so it aligns with a therapeutic aesthetic (fonts, colors, image placement).
• Polish and tighten existing text so visitors immediately grasp who I help, how I work, and how to reach me.
• Add or tweak functionality: contact form, newsletter signup, simple resource hub for general practice information (I’m not adding blogs or downloads yet—just clear, well-organized info).
• Ensure the site looks just as good on mobile and is accessible (alt text, headings, contrast).
• Hand-off: a brief Loom walk-through or written guide so I can update basic content myself later.
Acceptance criteria
1. All pages pass Squarespace’s built-in mobile preview without visual glitches.
2. Copy is proof-read, free of jargon, and highlights my specialties and license details.
3. Resource hub is live, reachable in two clicks from any page.
4. Contact form sends test emails successfully.
5. You provide final edit links plus a short maintenance guide.
If you’ve built therapist or wellness sites before, please mention a live example. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit and aim to wrap this up in the next two weeks.
