15-Page Squarespace Ecommerce Site

I already have every word of copy, each image, the brand palette, and a collection of short finished videos ready to drop in—I just need the site itself built. The plan is a 15-page Squarespace site that also sales our physical products through Squarespace Commerce and routes all “Contact Us” or “Need Help?” submissions straight into our customer-support ticketing system. (We currently lean toward Zendesk, but I’m happy to follow your recommendation as long as tickets arrive in one central queue.)

Here’s what I’m expecting from you:

• Build and theme the full 15-page structure in Squarespace, applying the supplied content so pages look polished on desktop and mobile.
• Configure the product catalogue, taxes, shipping options, Stripe/PayPal payments, and order-confirmation emails for straightforward product sales.
• Embed the small videos I provide so they stream smoothly and don’t slow the page.
• Connect the site’s support form or live-chat widget to our customer-support ticketing platform and run a test to prove tickets are being created.
• Perform final checks (links, SEO basics, speed, SSL, 404 handling) and then hand over admin access plus a short walkthrough of how to add future products or pages.
