Modern Squarespace Website Upgrade

My Squarespace site is overdue for a refresh and I want it to feel modern, clean and visually inviting while keeping the current content structure intact. The main goals are: sharper imagery and graphics that fit the brand palette, a clearer page hierarchy so visitors immediately understand where to click next, and copy that feels more engaging without sounding sales-y.

On the technical side, the build must stay entirely within Squarespace so I can continue to update it myself later. I need our Instagram and other key social channels integrated natively—no clunky third-party widgets—so that posts pull through automatically and visitors can share pages with a single click. Responsive behaviour across desktop, tablet and mobile is essential, and any SEO settings already in place must remain untouched or be improved, not overwritten.

To keep things transparent, here is what I see as the discrete hand-off items:
• New visual theme applied and fully customised in Squarespace
• Optimised hero and gallery images (web-sized, compressed, alt-tagged)
• Re-structured navigation with no dead links and clear page titles
• Polished on-page copy where needed for tone and flow
• Built-in social media blocks and share buttons tested on all devices
• Brief walkthrough video or call recording showing me how to manage updates

Once the site is live and I have signed off that everything works as described, the project is complete.
