Looking for Squarespace expert

Hello. I am going to upgrade the current Squarespace expert.

To-do list:
1 - On the “Shop Collection” page, there should not be a “Champagne Diamonds” and “Rose Gold” options. There should be secondary links in “Pave Diamonds” which allows the user to choose “All”, “White Daimonds”, “Black Diamonds”, and “Champagne Diamonds.”
2 - How can I make certain products “Price On Request” and remove the quantity, price, and purchase button? The purchase button should be instead “Price on Request” instead of “Purchase”. I want to be able to understand how to do this myself.
3 - “Did not complete checkout” automatic email: social media icons should be branded in color.
