Experienced CMS developer

Hi, I am a Squarespace circle member who has lots of experience but have an issue like customizing checkout page. I have installed a currency plugin but it doesn't work on the checkout page.
I heard it is impossible in self-hosting platform like Squarespace but want to make sure and solve it.
