Convert Existing Website to Squarespace
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Take an existing website and all its content and move it to Squarespace.
We're looking for someone who can work independently and communicate effectively. We are quite easy to work with but because we are responsible for delivering work on time and giving our clients updates, communication is as important as the work being done.
Responsibilities:
* Select a Squarespace theme that closely matches the current website design.
* Configure the Squarespace theme
* Port all existing content to new Squarespace site
* Project organization: you must have clear idea of what's been done and what needs to be done after each work session.
* Progress report after each work session to communicate completed work, the plan for future work and whether you need something from our team to continue.
The website includes the following pages:
* Home page: large brand statement and flexible sections beneath for important announcements
* News page that contains a list of company news. There are currently about 90 news items that need to be ported over. Most of them link to other websites. We can get a data dump if needed.
* About page: list of team members. There are currently 9 team members.
* Each team member will have their own bio page with an image and text.
* Partners: grid of logos with a few testimonials
* Events: nearly identical to news (but with far fewer items)
* Contact: simple contact page with form (name, email, message)
