Complete Square Space Site, Content Pages and Form

This project is to finish a website that has already been started. The website is hosted on SquareSpace.com

I have started the initial setup and form but I need someone to complete the following.

- Finish the form and set it up so that all the submitted forms are viewable within the site backend.
I will be building many more similar sites so I want to review all the submitted forms in one place.

- I need 10 articles written and they must be professional, with proper English grammar. Here are the titles
