Build MODX site using export from existing Squarespace site

Build a MODX site that looks and functions like this existing Squarespace site: ramagiri-ashram.org pw: easwaran. So there are 2 phases to this job: (1) extracting the data from the SS export into database tables so that (2) MODX pages can be built using that data to produce a live site that looks and functions like the SS site.
