ADS Final Touches

We will be selling car detailing supplies and chemicals. We have all products up and the site is almost ready to go. What I need done (because it's a bit beyond my abilities) is to set up a Wholesale side of this business so that if a customer has an EIN number they can log onto see bulk pricing and also they are not required to pay taxes on some items. Is this possible to set up? I would also like to set up a way to have people sign up for exclusive sales/ emails and videos. I would like to have a place that when someone signs in they can put their email address and automatically get added to a weekly email that they can opt out whenever they would like. I am also unsure who the Gift Cards work in terms of taking them as payment. Should We send them physical cards in the mail and if so, can we accept them as payment?
By the way, This is for Squarespace.com
I would like to have a space to click on which says " interested in becoming a distributor?" and when they click on it, they can view information about it and also give us info of their EIN etc.
I did not set up Taxes on this site yet because I am still wondering how we can charge some and others no charge (if they are a business and will not be selling the product).
