iOS App for business automation utilizing Apple Vision Framework for OCR + GPS + SQLite

We are an asphalt paving contractor that needs to automate our data capture in the field. Capturing data in real time will allow us to calculate costs in real time & in doing so we will share a "score" with our crews and management in real time. In order to do this our crews need an app that allows them to choose a project, choose the phase of the project, when arriving at the project (GPS driven) they will clock in using facial recognition (apple vision framework), be guided through equipment inspections on the project, be able to report equipment issues, refuel equipment, when dump trucks arrive to the project they will track the material received throughout the day using the camera and Apple Vision Framework to take photos of the material tickets which are known formats so we can OCR only the data we need and drop it in a database (likely SQLite, but we are open to suggestions), the application should generate a "score" in real time that is shared with the crew so they know if they are running over estimated cost or under estimated cost in real time throughout the day (the formula for calculating the score will be provided). When the crew is finished for the day they will use the application to do a post inspection of the equipment and go through a checklist, again reporting an issues, they will then clock out using facial recognition or simply entering an employee ID and taking a picture of themselves so the back office can verify it was the employee clocking in / out, it should also record their GPS location when clocking out. A more detailed breakdown is available on google sheets and a link will be provided on request. A wireframe and UI will be available this week for review.

In addition to app development we will need a backend interface for our office staff to run reports, modify data & reconcile material tickets received against invoices.
