Windows Family Reunion Tracker
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a clean, self-contained Windows desktop application that tracks financial transactions for a family reunion. The core of the program is a searchable member directory where we can store names, contact details, birthdays, and quick notes. Alongside that, I want an integrated messaging system to notify registrants of payments, due dates, and balances.
I inherited a spreadsheet that the finance person previously used. I’m flexible on the tech stack—C#/WPF, .NET MAUI, Electron, or Python with a modern GUI library are all fine as long as the final build runs smoothly on current Windows versions (10 and 11) and installs with a simple wizard or portable EXE. Data should live locally in a lightweight database such as SQLite and be exportable to CSV or JSON for backups.
While event scheduling isn’t required right now, designing with extensibility in mind will make future additions easier. A clean codebase, clear comments, and a brief setup guide matter more to me than fancy graphics.

• README / quick-start guide covering build steps, dependencies, and how to add new features
• Basic test data set to verify the member directory and messaging flow
