Windows Desktop Time Clock Software Development

I need a time clock software for desktop that runs on Windows.

Time Clock Software – Developer Brief
Platform Compatibility:
• Must run on Windows XP, 7, 10, and 11
• No internet required. Must be fully offline.
Employee Functionality:
• Simple interface with one input box.
• Employee enters 4 digit PIN and presses Enter.
• If not clocked in → logs Clock In
• If clocked in → logs Clock Out,
• Shows confirmation message (' "Welcome" Employee name' or ' "Goodbye" Employee name').
Admin Functionality (via Master PIN):
• Add/edit/delete employees, add break time hours for each employee. because different employees take different hours of break time.
• Assign/change PIN codes
• View, edit, and export logs
• Manual time corrections
• Backup/restore data
• Set export folder
Data Storage:
• Local file-based (SQLite or CSV ok), but exported file as excel file.

Auto Export Feature:
• Automatically export logs every Tuesday at 5:00 p.m.
• Export as .xls (Excel 2007 or newer)
• Filename format: TimeLog_YYYY-MM-DD.xlsx
• Columns: Employee Name, Date, Clock In, Clock Out, break time hours, Total Hours
• Saved to configurable folder (default: Exports)
Security:
• Admin mode hidden, accessed via Master PIN

The software should primarily focus on:
-Only one Exe file.
- Employee check-in/check-out
- Must be compatible with Windows XP and above including latest windows.
