A Windows-only desktop application is needed to collect, store, and organise structured data in an intuitive way. The core requirements centre on fast CRUD operations, reliable search and filter functions, and simple import/export to common formats such as CSV and Excel. A clean, responsive UI that feels native to Windows is essential so that non-technical staff can learn it quickly.
I’m open to the framework you choose—WPF, WinForms, Electron, or another option—so long as the final build installs smoothly on Windows 10/11 and runs without extra dependencies. A lightweight embedded database like SQLite is fine, but I’d also like clear guidance in the codebase that would let us switch to SQL Server later if our data volume grows.
Please include:
• A compiled installer (.msi or .exe)
• Well-commented source code (Git repository preferred)
• A brief README explaining the project structure, build steps, and any third-party libraries used
Clean architecture, straightforward error handling, and a modern UI design will be key factors in selecting the winning bid.
