Truck Management Software Solution
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run a single-axle truck and need a Windows-based application that brings everything I currently juggle on paper into one place. The core features I have in mind are fuel tracking, route optimization and a built-in maintenance scheduler, all updating in real time while the truck is on the road.
Here is what I expect to receive:
• A standalone Windows executable (installer preferred) that works on current Windows 10/11 machines.
• Real-time dashboards for fuel usage, mileage and service alerts, plus a map view that recalculates best routes as traffic or fuel levels change.
• A simple data store—SQLite or similar is fine—as long as I can back it up easily.
• Source code, commented clearly enough that another developer could extend it later, and a brief user guide so I can train a driver quickly.
If you have experience with telematics APIs, GPS modules or ELD integrations, that would be a bonus, but I’m open to whatever tech stack you feel delivers the smoothest Windows experience. Let me know your proposed approach and timelines so we can get this rolling.
