Extract data from .sqlite database to recover .mysongbook files to ipad

I use an app called mysongbook on my ipad to store the lyrics for the songs I sing for my band. I accidentally deleted the sqlite and sqlite-wal folders on my ipad, and lost all the songs from the app. They are not backed up on icloud. I was able to recover the sqlite folders from my recently deleted folders, but when I restored it, still nothing appears in the mysongbook app. I think the files are located within the sqlite databases, but I can't figure out how to extract these files so that I have the .mysongbook file. It probably says set.mysongbook. if you can do it, you would then email me the .mysongbook files from the sqlite database. I need this done immediately because I have a gig in about six hours. The databases are attached, plus an example of a .setmysongbook file.
