Customize RP Gerador Financeiro Modification - (Delphi + SQLite) for Automatic Student Receipt Generation

Project Overview
I am looking for an experienced Delphi and SQLite developer to customize an existing software called RP Gerador Financeiro.
The software is already working and currently generates payment receipts. I do not want a new system created from scratch. I need modifications made directly to the existing software and database.
Current Environment
Software: RP Gerador Financeiro
Database: SQLite (.db3)
Existing tables:
CLIENTES
RECIBOS
EMPRESA
RECEBER
Approximately 35 active students
Individual English lessons
Monthly receipts
Main Requirements
1. Student Database Integration
The software already contains a CLIENTES table.
I want all 35 students registered in the database and available directly inside the receipt generation screen.
The system should allow:
Selecting a student by typing the first letters of the name (autocomplete).
OR selecting a student by customer number/code.
OR clicking a predefined student number.
When a student is selected, the software should automatically fill:
Student name
Monthly amount
Phone number (optional)
2. Automatic Student Selection
I would like a quick-selection feature inside the receipt generator.
Example:
Student #1 = John Smith
Student #2 = Mary Johnson
Student #3 = Peter Brown
When I click or choose the number, the student's information should automatically populate the receipt form.
I currently have approximately 35 students, but I want the system to support up to 40 students.
3. Automatic Lesson Date Calculation
This is the most important part of the project.
I already have a Python script that calculates lesson dates.
My lessons occur weekly, but the 5th lesson of any month is NEVER charged.
Example:
June 2026 Tuesdays:
02/06/2026
09/06/2026
16/06/2026
23/06/2026
30/06/2026 ← 5th Tuesday (must NOT be charged)
If a receipt starts on:
09/06/2026
The generated lesson dates should be:
09/06/2026-16/06/2026-23/06/2026-07/07/2026
Notice that:
30/06/2026 must be skipped because it is the 5th occurrence of that weekday within the month.
The software must automatically generate the lesson dates according to this rule regardless of the starting date and continue working correctly for future years.
4. Automatic Receipt Reference Field
The receipt field called:
"Referente"
must be generated automatically.
Example:
09/06/2026-16/06/2026-23/06/2026-07/07/2026
The user should only enter the first lesson date.
The software should generate the remaining dates automatically.
5. Keep Existing Receipt Layout
I want to keep the current receipt design and printing format.
The goal is only to improve automation and reduce manual typing.
