Add Spatialite Database to my mobile app from external location.

The app is programmed using Framework7, Vue.js, vite.js and Capacitor. I have a large spatialite / sqlite database that is stored on a server. I need the database replicated into my capacitor app and synced with any changes with read-only permissions. I also need one sample SELECT function created so I can build the api needed for the rest of the application.
