translate a current Google sheet template into SQL query via Big Query (V2)

We have a working Google sheet template that involve some complex formulas (arrayformula, importrange, query, vlookup etct..) that links a few tabs/sheets and output a desired sheet.
All tabs are now in Big Query as separate tables, we are looking for someone to study, fully understand the current logics and then replace it with Big Query(BQ) SQL. The final SQL should be reasonably efficient and take advantage of BQ features and functions (many of which are similar to Google sheet formulas.)
The final deliverable:
