sql stored procedure correction

I'm in need of a an stored procedure expert in SQL expert who can dissect and troubleshoot a stored procedure issue within my database. Specifically, it's not fetching the correct number of products and I require assistance to fix this.
Table 1:
Total available products for 4 different areas are 14 products for each area
This table is called to in essence deliver the result whatever the result is -> 14 products should be shown.
Stored procedure call:
When calling a stored procedure that should collect those products we receive
1. Area 1 gives 12 products only
2. Area 2 gives 13 products only
3. Area 3 gives 13 products only
4. Area 4 gives 13 products only
The input parameters to the stored procedures are exactly the same for all areas except for one parameter that is only a string that change.
This issue is impacting several other results and I know what the main SQL calls are so it is easy to find.
