I need someone to build an API following the documentation provided

An AVL provider supplies data that we need in our SQL database. They provide the instructions here https://syncromaticstrackapi.docs.apiary.io/# . We would want the data in our database at least on a daily basis, but we are open to suggestions for live data. We have provided the APIb file, from the vendor, and data that we currently pull through a stored procedure. The vendor is requiring we switch to the API.
