I need MSSQL Developer

On the customer requirement need to implement the database and tables with proper architect. Need to create the ER diagram for the existing DB, maintain and manage the Existing DB. Also Create SP according to the customer input eligible for writing complex SP, doing Joins and Views on tables.

Need some one who will work for us on daily basis minimum of 6hours 5 days in a week.
